The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a winery tour and transportation with ease. I found the location great , in the heart of everything. The location was perfect.

i encountered a few issues . the absence of clear information about the separate annex location felt deceptive. furthermore, i noticed flaking paint on the ceiling in the bedroom. i found only one sink in the bathroom. these aspects detracted from an otherwise adequate experience.

the hotel is right beside piazza bra, a great location for city explorers. it places guests in an ideal spot with perfect access to shopping, restaurants, and cultural venues. i felt safe, and it was easy for me to get around.
